Inclusive SA

Inclusive Sport SA established that the barriers faced by people living with a disability to become included in their local sports club are very similar, if not the same, for many other marginalised, disadvantaged or disengaged groups such as new arrivals and CALD (culturally and linguistically diverse) groups. With this is mind, Inclusion Sport SA has taken the leading role in “Building a culture of inclusion in sport and recreation” for people in South Australia. They are instrumental in creating processes and structures for sport and recreation to help in the sustainable delivery of supported sporting codes.

Inclusive SA (John Cranwell & Natalie Montgomery)

John is a sport administrator who is passionate about making sport and recreation better from the inside. In his role with Inclusive Sport SA, he is able to work with the leaders of sport in South Australia and help their organisations to be more welcoming and inclusive of all people. In line with his passion for sport, he started his own podcast ‘Behind the Sport’ where he speaks with other sport administrators about their roles, challenges and successes. He is also an Elected Director on the Board of Sport SA, the peak body for sport organisations in South Australia.

Tracey Penaluna

Tracey, a former gymnast, has been involved in High Performance Gymnastics for over 15 years, working with the Victorian Institute of Sport Gymnastics Program as a Senior Coach and Program Manager, and the National Centre of Excellence for Women’s Artistic Gymnastics in Melbourne as a Senior Coach and mentor.
She has achieved the highest International Qualification in Gymnastics – Level 3 Federation International De Gymnastic (FIG) Brevet Coach for Women’s Artistic Gymnastics and has been a team member on numerous Commonwealth Games, World Championship and Olympic Games Teams.

Sports Psychologist - Dr John Baranoff

Dr John Baranoff is a Sport Psychologist who works at the intersection of performance psychology, the psychology of sport injury rehabilitation and pain psychology. John has worked with athletes referred by organizations such as the Australian Institute of Sport, the South Australian Institute of Sport, as well as national and state sporting organizations. In addition, he has worked with coaches and athletes from a range of sports, including cricket, diving, bowls, basketball, golf, baseball, softball, hockey, fencing, sailing, soccer, mountain biking, BMX, road cycling, swimming, gymnastics, tennis, motorsports, and rowing, as well as working with players from a number of AFL and SANFL clubs.

Sam Offord

Sam completed his undergraduate physiotherapy degree in 2012 after completing a successful career as an international gymnast.
His extensive career spanning 20 years, under the guidance & support of SASI & the AIS involved representing Australia at 6 World Championships & culminated in 2 gold medals at the 2010 Delhi Commonwealth Games.
Sam has since used his knowledge of Elite Sport to assist his physiotherapy career working with Gymnastics Australia & South Australia as well as working with development squads with Swimming South Australia. He is currently completing a Masters of Sports Physiotherapy.

Tammy Johnson

Tammy is an energetic and dynamic presenter, assessor, moderator, coach and therapist, with many years of experience in Gymnastics & Science. She has presented over 20 Academies for the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) around the world in various Gymsports.
She was a gymnast on the National Team for South Africa in Artistic Gymnastics and Aerobic Gymnastics and was a finalist in several World Championship events for Aerobic Gymnastics. She is currently on the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) Working Group for Aerobic Gymnastics and is working with Gymnastics South Australia as the Education & workforce co-ordinator.

Kylie Thomas

Kylie is a vibrant coach and Director of AEROkids Hong Kong and Australia. She is a former FISAF World Sport Aerobic Champion and has represented Australia on numerous occasions on the Australian National Team.
She was an Artistic Gymnast with SASI and the former head coach for the FIG Aerobic New South Wales Team, and currently holds an Advanced Silver Aerobics Coaching Accreditation.

Chloe Kerr

Chloe is an Ex Elite gymnast with over 15 years of experience coaching gymnastics (recreational to elite squads). Chloe studied Sport Development and PE and has taught at school, college and university level. She is a qualified strength and conditioning coach and has a passion for physical preparation using gymnastics as a tool to build strength and fundamental movement for all athletes. Chloe has worked with elite surfers, stunt performers and various team sports to teach fundamental movement, physical preparation and injury prevention, but has a passion for Free G and Gymnastics for All.

Tatiana Loukianenko

Tatiana Loukianenko is the Managing Director and Head Coach of Glen Iris Gymnastics. She has 30 years of international coaching experience and was the Australian Olympic Team Coach (Atlanta, 1996). Tatiana is a former Victorian Rhythmic Gymnastics High Performance Centre Head Coach (1994-2002).
On arrival in Australia Tatiana began coaching at Endeavour Hills Gymnastics Club, where she started a programme that would later become the Rhythmic Gymnastics High Performance Centre. This programme grew and produced 20 International level gymnasts competing in Australia and overseas.

Rebekah Ninnis

Rebekah is a passionate and dynamic marketer and brings to GSA well over a decade of experience working with iconic South Australian brands. She is a results oriented, outcome focussed ‘people person’ who leads by example. Rebekah holds a Bachelor of Management (Marketing) degree and has worked in various marketing roles for organisations such as Adelaide Festival Centre, City of Adelaide, Stamford Grand and Carlton Football Club. She has extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns and a strong interest in digital marketing.

Physiotherapist: Irene Campbell

Irene is a Physiotherapist and a Feldenkrais and Child’Space practitioner. Her experience includes over 30 years as a physiotherapist, 22 years as a Feldenkrais practitioner, working in hospital, rehabilitation, aged care and private practice, and is Guild Certified in Australia and USA.
Irene is one of only two Child’Space practitioners in Australia.
Her business name Abilities Awareness reflects Irene’s philosophy with her clients.

Kelly Kroeger

Kelly completed her Occupational Therapy degree receiving high honours and the chancellor’s award for her achievements. Her passion to assist and teach children strategies to reach their full potential and interact within their environment has led her to work in Paediatrics and the establishment of her business, ‘Learn Sense Grow. Kelly has presented and consulted at many schools, as well as, national childcare centres on Sensory Processing Disorders and Sensory Integration. Her personal approach and “above and beyond” nature further enhance her abilities and makes her a highly respected and successful therapist.

Jack Coates

Jack has been coaching since 2002, working with athletes of all levels through to Senior International. He is currently the head coach and manager of Brisbane Grammar School Gymnastics Club and has been in this role for the last 8 years. Through this time, he has coached multiple athletes onto Queensland teams across all levels and junior and senior international teams for Australia.

Viktor Zhuravlev

Viktor has been coaching since 13 years of age, at first helping the senior coaches with the beginner groups and then advancing into more proficient athletes. Viktor comes from a family of Olympic Trampoline Coaches and an athlete career including several world championships and Olympic Games. Viktor is an accomplished Athlete and Coach and works within Gymnastics SA’s High Performance Trampoline Program – Tjets.
Viktor is an enthusiastic coach and strives for perfection and has a strong focus on well executed skills & routine construction making him a well-known world class coach.
